Frontrun ("we") runs frontrun.com and the Dibs early access program. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you give us: email, name, phone number, target counties, the kinds of properties you look for, and anything you write in the form.
• Basic visit data: pages viewed and the link that brought you here (for example, campaign tags in the URL). We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To run early access: review your request, set up your county, and contact you about Dibs.
• To send emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To send text messages only if you checked the text consent box. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this program, such as our email platform (Kit) and our web host (Cloudflare), and only so they can provide those services. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time, reply STOP to texts, or ask us to delete your information by emailing privacy@frontrun.com.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
